Organizational Context

Job Purpose
The Budget and Programming Associate will provide specialized support to ensure efficient planning, monitoring, and analysis of project financial performance. This role is crucial for the optimal utilization of financial resources by reviewing budget plans, monitoring financial performance against project goals, and analyzing fund and grant balances to identify potential surpluses or deficits. The associate will contribute to pipeline management, assist in improving internal processes and corporate systems for budget management, and accurately enter budget plans and revisions into corporate systems. Furthermore, they will compile and analyze data for reporting, maintain communication with stakeholders on fund management, and provide guidance to support staff, ensuring consistency and efficiency in budget and fund management services across the organization.
Responsibilities
