Job Purpose
The Business Support Assistant G4 will perform a range of administrative and management support tasks within a specialized area to ensure the effective delivery of services. This includes gathering information for reports, responding to queries, and escalating issues as needed. The role involves assisting with routine administrative and financial tasks, ensuring timely and efficient resource management. Additionally, the incumbent will review and proofread standard documents, manage systems and files to ensure data integrity and accessibility, and identify simple anomalies in data. This position also involves providing guidance and basic on-the-job training to less experienced staff, fostering a collaborative and consistent service delivery environment. The role requires working with diverse individuals and ensuring reliable support for staff operations.
Responsibilities

Fluency in English and French is also required.
Work Experience
Requires at least four years of professional experience with increasing levels of responsibility in the relevant field. Additionally, experience in administrative work is necessary.
