Job Purpose
The Campaign Coordinator will support the Individual Giving Global Supporter Acquisition Team by managing the creative production and technical setup of digital fundraising assets. This role is crucial for the flawless execution of fundraising campaigns across various digital platforms. Responsibilities include assisting with content creation, coordinating video production, setting up donation pages and ad campaigns on platforms like Meta and TikTok, and building landing pages. The coordinator will also perform data quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and support seasonal campaign development. The ultimate goal is to ensure campaign clearance and launch processes run smoothly, setups are executed flawlessly, and effective support is provided to the acquisition team, contributing to WFP's ambitious fundraising targets.
Responsibilities

Additionally, the coordinator will support campaign managers by proofreading, testing campaign elements, and performing daily data quality checks. They will also contribute to seasonal campaign development, assist in drafting creative reviews and performance reports, and conduct troubleshooting for keywords. The ultimate goal is to ensure smooth campaign clearance and launch processes, flawless campaign setups, and effective support for the acquisition team, contributing to WFP's fundraising efforts to combat hunger globally.
Work Experience
The role requires 1-2 years of professional experience in a relevant area such as digital marketing, creative/media agencies, social media, or fundraising. This experience should include supporting a team and demonstrating skills in areas like social media content concepting, using digital tools, web page editing, project management tools, and ad platforms. Familiarity with digital fundraising is a strong plus.
