Job Purpose

Responsibilities
The Programme Associate – Data Analysis will play a crucial role in supporting the World Food Programme's (WFP) mission by ensuring data-driven assurance and oversight for Cash-Based Transfers (CBT). This position involves analyzing identity management (IDM) and CBT data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement, thereby strengthening program controls and data quality. Key responsibilities include performing data reconciliation, anomaly detection, and verification exercises to support monthly assurance outputs. The Associate will be responsible for writing and maintaining SQL queries to extract and validate data from various systems, conducting routine data quality checks, and preparing monthly datasets and reports in compliance with corporate standards. Additionally, the role requires developing and maintaining dashboards and visualizations for operational monitoring and management. The Associate will also act as a focal point for IDM and CBT assurance analysis and reporting, and will support data transitions and system upgrades. Work Experience
Requires a minimum of 6 years of experience. Of this, at least 5 years must be in the specific field of the position. An additional 1 year of experience in any other field is acceptable, though experience in the same or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in SQL and Tableau is also necessary.
