Organizational Context
These positions are to be filled in country offices, regional bureaux and Headquarters, and incumbents report to the Head or Officer of Finance, or to the designate. Job Purpose
To support the effective delivery of support services in the areas of finance, budget, and administration, in order to facilitate the transparent and efficient utilization of financial resources. This role involves assisting in providing procedural and technical support to staff in finance and budget areas, ensuring compliance with WFP financial policies, norms, and regulations. The incumbent will monitor monthly expenditure forecasts, prepare expenditure reports, and track bank accounts for advances and petty cash to ensure sufficient funds and timely disbursement. Verification of payment requests, advances, and other receivables, along with adherence to procurement procedures, is crucial for ensuring timely payments. The role also includes compiling information for budget, accounting, finance, and statistical reports, extracting and validating data from financial systems, and managing fixed asset records and fuel expenses for vehicles and generators. Maintaining web-based records of all invoices and transfer payments, and ensuring timely processing of payments to external vendors are key responsibilities.
Responsibilities

Work Experience
