Job Purpose

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong theoretical understanding of HR, deep expertise in performance management, experience with relevant systems, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Work Experience
Requires at least eight years of progressive professional experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of three years gained internationally. A strong focus on performance management and significant experience in managing teams are essential.
