Job Purpose
This assignment supports UNFPA Colombia's efforts to disseminate the outcomes of the National Youth Assembly (ANJ) 2025. Following an agreement with the Ministry of Equality and Equity, the ANJ gathered over 3,000 young participants nationwide. The assembly produced a 119-page systematization document containing key recommendations for the National Youth Public Policy. The purpose of this role is to design and lay out this crucial document for digital dissemination, ensuring its content is accessible and effectively shared with various youth organizations, thereby fulfilling the requirements of Colombia's Statutory Youth Law.
Responsibilities
Design and lay out a 119-page document intended for digital dissemination. The design must adhere to the established graphic guidelines of the National Youth Assembly and ensure high standards of accessibility, particularly concerning readability and contrast. The final output should be delivered in both editable format and PDF. This involves organizing information logically, applying appropriate visual elements, and ensuring the document is visually appealing and easy to navigate for the target audience of young people and relevant organizations.
Work Experience
Required experience includes proven expertise in designing and laying out extensive documents (over 100 pages). Candidates must demonstrate the ability to apply provided graphic identity guidelines and implement accessibility criteria to ensure adequate readability, information organization, and appropriate use of contrast.

Proficiency in applying graphic identity guidelines and implementing accessibility standards for readability and contrast is essential. Native-level Spanish language proficiency is also required.
