Job Purpose
This role supports the UN Common Back Office (UN CBO) Brazil in developing a cohesive and professional graphic design and visual identity package. The objective is to enhance the UN CBO's branding, improving recognition and reinforcing its institutional image. The Online Volunteer will create design concepts and materials applicable across various communication products, including presentations, reports, digital media, and templates. This initiative aims to ensure all communication aligns with United Nations visual standards, contributing to a modern and consistent brand presence for the UN CBO's mission and services.
Responsibilities
The Online Volunteer will support the UN Common Back Office (UN CBO) Brazil by developing graphic design concepts and branded templates to strengthen its visual identity and institutional branding. Key responsibilities include reviewing background materials, communication products, and design requirements; developing visual identity concepts aligned with communication objectives; and designing a comprehensive visual identity package. This package may encompass Word and PowerPoint templates, newsletter and social media layouts, digital assets, website banners, report covers, infographics, factsheets, email signatures, and stationery. The volunteer will also revise and finalize designs based on feedback, ensuring consistency across all communication products according to UN corporate branding guidelines.
Work Experience
Professional experience in graphic design is required, with a specific emphasis on designing document layouts. Candidates must possess in-depth knowledge of graphic design applications. Good verbal and written communication skills are also necessary.
