Responsibilities
The volunteer will provide technical expertise to the PROCOSI team for the psychometric validation of the COPSOQ-ISTAS21 version 2 in Bolivia. Key responsibilities include offering guidance on psychometric methodology, assisting in the planning of statistical validation processes, and ensuring the quality of the database prior to analysis. The role involves collaborating on instrument reliability analysis, such as internal consistency, and supporting construct validity analyses using appropriate techniques like exploratory and/or confirmatory factor analysis. The volunteer will also participate in interpreting psychometric results, formulating recommendations for methodological improvements, and contributing to the final technical report on the psychometric analysis.
Work Experience
Required experience includes specialization in psychometrics, evidenced by a relevant diploma, Master's, or Doctorate. Alternatively, candidates with a Bachelor's degree and proven experience in psychometric validation are eligible. The role involves supporting statistical validation, reliability, and construct validity analyses.
Skills
Proficiency in psychometric methodology is essential. Skills in statistical validation, data quality review, reliability analysis (e.g., internal consistency), and construct validity analysis (e.g., factor analysis) are required. The ability to interpret psychometric results and formulate methodological recommendations is also crucial. Fluency in Spanish is a mandatory requirement.
