Its mission includes providing innovation tools, facilitating networking, educating on fair business practices, and building digital platforms for community knowledge. The MoralityCode Mobile App, a key project, aims to address emotional and moral gaps in AI systems.

Job Purpose

This role supports the enhancement of the MoralityCode Mobile App (Version 2), an innovative ethical decision-making tool. The app integrates technology, spirituality, and moral philosophy to guide users through complex ethical choices, aiming to fill emotional and moral gaps in AI. The volunteer will contribute to refining AI reasoning, integrating diverse cultural wisdom, applying philosophical frameworks, and expanding the app's capabilities. The goal is to make MoralityCode more intuitive, inclusive, and transformative by enriching its moral reasoning database with diverse philosophical, theological, ethical, and cultural-anthropological insights, ensuring it reflects global realities and provides inclusive moral guidance.

Responsibilities

The volunteer will develop new content to enrich the MoralityCode app’s moral reasoning database. This involves creating 20 structured moral dilemmas or ethical scenarios, each approximately 300-500 words, written as narrative case studies for AI moral reasoning training. Each scenario must reflect diverse global cultural contexts, incorporating real-world social, philosophical, or community-based situations. The content should integrate ethical reasoning grounded in philosophical, theological, and anthropological perspectives, ensuring balance, inclusivity, and intercultural understanding. Scenarios must follow a structured storytelling and tagging framework, suitable for AI training by presenting clear moral tension and multiple valid interpretations. Content must maintain cultural sensitivity, moral neutrality, and respect for spiritual diversity, aligning with the app's ethical logic structures and anthropological principles.

Work Experience

Experience in moral philosophy, applied ethics, intercultural studies, or anthropology is highly valued. Proven experience in ethical analysis, content development, cultural interpretation, and intercultural communication is required. Research or academic writing experience is a plus. Familiarity with AI ethics or digital content is desirable.

Skills

Strong critical thinking, clear communication, and cultural sensitivity are essential. Ability to simplify complex ideas and work effectively in remote team environments is necessary. Knowledge of diverse cultural moral traditions and collaboration tools is advantageous. Proficiency in English is desirable.
