Job Purpose
This role supports the post-event coordination and documentation of the Youth Scientists Salon, a roundtable event held during the 2026 Mountain Green Sustainable Development International Cooperation Forum. The Salon facilitated dialogue on green technology, renewable energy, and youth engagement for SDGs. The assignment focuses on consolidating participant and attendance records, organizing session materials, documenting implementation issues, and preparing reference materials for future activities. The objective is to ensure structured support for the event's follow-up reporting and knowledge management, contributing to the continuity and improvement of similar future initiatives.
Responsibilities
The Online Volunteers will support post-event documentation and records consolidation for the Youth Scientists Salon. Key duties include reviewing, updating, and organizing participant lists, role assignments, and attendance records. Volunteers will also manage event coordination checklists, identify follow-up items, and organize sign-in sheets, moderator notes, and briefing documents. They will assist in organizing agenda information, session materials, and coordination notes. Compiling and categorizing coordination issues, cross-checking records for completeness and consistency, and preparing organized reference folders or document indexes are also required. Finally, volunteers will prepare a concise event coordination summary report.
Work Experience
Previous experience or demonstrated interest in event coordination, project administration, meeting support, youth activities, or international exchange programmes is required. Experience supporting conferences, roundtables, academic events, student activities, volunteer coordination, or international cooperation projects is considered an advantage.

Required skills include event coordination, meeting support, participant list management, information organization, preparation of checklists and briefing materials, basic project administration, and task tracking. Strong communication skills for engaging with youth participants and partner organizations are essential.
