Job Purpose
This role supports the post-event international liaison for the Youth Scientists Salon, a component of the 2026 Mountain Green Sustainable Development International Cooperation Forum. The assignment focuses on consolidating participant information, collecting feedback, and maintaining engagement with international guests and youth representatives. The goal is to document outcomes, identify future cooperation areas, and ensure structured follow-up communication. This involves organizing data, preparing communications, and contributing to post-event reporting to support ongoing dialogue and youth engagement in sustainable development.
Responsibilities
Support post-event international liaison, documentation, and follow-up communication for the Youth Scientists Salon. Organize participant information, including contact details, affiliations, and participation records. Prepare bilingual thank-you messages, feedback requests, and future engagement communications. Facilitate communication with youth representatives regarding feedback, future cooperation, and outstanding questions. Compile and categorize feedback from international guests, speakers, youth representatives, and partners. Assist in preparing brief post-event documentation, summarizing key discussion themes and participant engagement. Prepare a liaison summary detailing participant engagement, pending issues, and recommendations for future youth engagement activities.
Work Experience
Previous experience or demonstrated interest in international communication, youth engagement, event liaison, public outreach, or cross-cultural coordination is required. Experience supporting international meetings, volunteer activities, guest reception, participant coordination, or communication with international student communities is considered an advantage.
Skills
Required skills include international communication, public outreach, cross-cultural communication and liaison support, English writing for formal messages, organization of participant information, youth engagement, and basic project coordination. Familiarity with sustainable development, renewable energy, or climate action is beneficial. Working knowledge of English is required; fluent Chinese is desirable.
