Job Purpose
This assignment supports the consolidation and finalization of the final report for the EU-funded CRIMJUST project (Phases I, II, and III). The role involves transforming existing draft materials and inputs into coherent, well-structured, and publication-ready reports that meet UNODC and donor standards. The volunteer will contribute to ensuring the quality and timeliness of these reports, which are crucial for capturing operational results, partnerships, and lessons learned. The final consolidated report is essential for future fundraising efforts for the Global Programme on Criminal Network Disruption, highlighting successful implementation and impact.
Responsibilities
The volunteer will assist in drafting, consolidating, and finalizing five programme reports related to transnational organized crime and international cooperation. Key tasks include reviewing and consolidating existing draft materials, structuring reports according to UNODC and donor standards, and drafting/editing narrative sections covering context, activities, outcomes, and lessons learned. The role requires ensuring clarity, coherence, and consistency across all reports, applying light copy-editing and proofreading, and incorporating team feedback promptly. Strong organizational skills are needed to manage multiple reports and meet tight deadlines, working independently while efficiently integrating feedback.
Work Experience
Demonstrated experience in drafting, editing, or reviewing analytical or programme reports is required. Familiarity with international development, criminal justice, or rule of law programmes is an asset. Experience with UN or donor reporting formats, particularly for EU-funded programmes, is desirable. Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently. Familiarity with UN or donor reporting formats is desirable. Proficiency in English is required; working knowledge of French is desirable.
