Job Purpose

The Online Volunteers will assist the Youth Parliament Team and the UNDP ARTEMIS Project Team by gathering open-source research data. Successful completion will aid in organizing project information and resources for future stages, fostering a deeper understanding of youth involvement in parliamentary processes.
Responsibilities
Online Volunteers will support the Youth Parliament Team and UNDP ARTEMIS Project Team with open-source research tasks. Key duties include creating a two-page report on research patterns, findings, and insights. Volunteers will also ensure the production of reliable information and manage the research process for this paper. This involves data gathering, analysis, and synthesis to produce a concise and informative document that contributes to the project's objectives and the development of related materials.
Work Experience
No specific prior work experience is mandated, but candidates should be university students or recent graduates in relevant fields such as Political Science, Public Administration, International Relations, Law, Communications, Public Policy, or Social Sciences. Experience with research, analysis, and writing is beneficial.
Skills
Essential skills include excellent research and analytical abilities, strong writing and editing in English and Armenian, and the capacity to synthesize complex information concisely. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Google Workspace) is required. Familiarity with AI Agents and tools is also desirable. Good organizational and time-management skills are necessary.
