Job Purpose
The purpose of this assignment is to support ASOCIACIÓN CIVIL QUEMAMBO in its global expansion and institutional consolidation by enhancing its positioning within the international community. The volunteer will assist in the formal application and accreditation process with governmental and multilateral organizations. This role is crucial for achieving formal recognition on international decision-making platforms, which will facilitate future strategic partnerships, global exchanges, and ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization's projects. The assignment focuses on administrative tasks related to international cooperation and technical writing.
Responsibilities
The volunteer will work closely with the organization's management to lead the application process for global institutional frameworks. Key responsibilities include:
Analyzing requirements: Thoroughly reviewing guidelines, eligibility criteria, and technical forms for selected international calls for proposals and accreditation processes.
Narrative writing: Adapting and drafting the association's history, social impact methodologies, financial/operational status, and vision into the formal, technical, and diplomatic language required by international entities.
File structuring: Developing strong, argumentative responses for application forms, ensuring coherence with international standards on human rights, inclusion, and sustainable development.
Evidence compilation: Collaborating with the internal team to gather necessary legal, institutional, and supporting documentation to strengthen applications.
Work Experience
Demonstrated experience in writing funding proposals, applications for consultative status, or institutional accreditation applications for UN agencies, multilateral organizations, or major international foundations is required. Experience in international cooperation dynamics, community development, and social inclusion approaches is also necessary.
Skills
Excellent institutional writing skills, ability to synthesize complex information under strict technical frameworks, strong autonomy, methodological rigor, and ability to work under strict deadlines. Fluency in Spanish and English is desirable.
