PROCOSI is a national network of non-governmental organizations focused on integral health and its determinants. It coordinates institutional, territorial, and technical capacities of its member organizations. To update its communication materials for 2026, PROCOSI seeks to strengthen its strategic communication by diagnosing the digital and social media maturity of its associated network. This initiative aims to enhance the visibility and impact of PROCOSI and its members.

Job Purpose

The assignment aims to lead the systematization and digital communication maturity diagnosis for PROCOSI's associated organizations. This involves evaluating institutional presence, digital platform positioning, communication consistency, material quality, and social media engagement. The goal is to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. The outcome will be strategic recommendations to enhance the collective positioning of PROCOSI as a network, improving communication impact with allies, funders, public institutions, and the general public. This role requires a senior profile capable of conducting in-depth analysis and generating actionable strategic insights.

Responsibilities

The volunteer will provide specialized technical assistance in analyzing communication data collected from PROCOSI's associated organizations. Key activities include reviewing submitted materials, defining minimum quality and completeness criteria, and designing a systematization and digital maturity assessment matrix. The volunteer will analyze each organization's digital presence on public platforms and social media, evaluating aspects like institutional identity, message clarity, channel updates, publication frequency, visual quality, impact narratives, accessibility, and alignment with rights-based approaches, gender, inclusion, and integral health. Organizations will be classified by digital maturity levels. The volunteer will prepare individual feedback sheets with practical recommendations and a consolidated report detailing trends, common gaps, best practices, communication risks, and positioning opportunities for PROCOSI. Findings will be presented to the PROCOSI team for feedback and adjustment.

Work Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience is desirable in institutional communication, digital strategy, social media management, communication auditing, communication for development, or positioning of social organizations. Prior experience in diagnosing, evaluating, systematizing, or comparatively analyzing digital communication is essential. Experience in preparing executive reports, analysis matrices, strategic recommendations, and results presentations is also required.

Skills

Required skills include the ability to design evaluation criteria and digital communication maturity levels, strategic analysis of social media and digital platforms, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for systematization, and understanding of basic digital metrics. Essential competencies involve analyzing institutional identity, message clarity, impact narratives, visual quality, and brand coherence. Excellent writing, synthesis, critical analysis, and the ability to formulate actionable recommendations are crucial. Sensitivity in providing feedback to organizations with varying communication development levels is also necessary. Desirable skills include knowledge of health communication, public health, rights-based approaches, gender, inclusion, and familiarity with digital monitoring tools.
