The Green Growth and Job Accelerator Project (GGJAP), implemented by UNDP Tunisia in partnership with Flat6Labs, aims to accelerate the growth of SMEs and startups with strong potential for green transition, sustainable business models, and job creation, particularly for youth and women.
Job Purpose
The Green Growth and Job Accelerator Project (GGJAP) aims to foster the growth of SMEs and startups with green transition potential, sustainable business models, and job creation capabilities, especially for youth and women. The GGJAP provides selected SMEs and startups with structured acceleration support, including training, coaching, mentorship, impact measurement, investment readiness, networking, and investor connections. The Associate Project Assistant will support the GGJAP team during the final implementation, consolidation, and closure phase until 2027. This role ensures continuity, strengthens the project team's capacity in coordinating activities, monitoring beneficiaries, organizing workshops, supporting data collection and reporting, documenting results, and capitalizing on lessons learned until project closure.
Responsibilities
The Associate Project Assistant will support the GGJAP project activities under the supervision of the Project Manager. Key responsibilities include: **Activity Organization:** Assist in the logistical preparation and organization of trainings, workshops, coaching sessions, and networking events. Help prepare participant lists, invitations, meeting materials, and feedback forms. Support follow-up on agreed actions from activities. **Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:** Contribute to maintaining communication with beneficiaries, partners, and stakeholders. Support information sharing about project activities and follow up on inquiries. Assist in efforts to enhance engagement with young beneficiaries and project partners. **Data & Results Monitoring:** Support the collection, entry, and organization of project data. Contribute to verifying the quality and completeness of collected information. Assist in updating databases, contact lists, and project tracking tools. **Documentation & Reporting:** Contribute to preparing presentations, meeting minutes, and other work documents. Support the compilation of information for project reports and updates. Assist in archiving and organizing project documentation. **Knowledge Management & Results Communication:** Contribute to collecting testimonials, feedback, best practices, and results from beneficiaries. Support the documentation of project activities and achievements. Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives related to green entrepreneurship and youth employment.
Work Experience
A minimum of one month and up to one year of professional experience, internship, or volunteer work in project/program support, entrepreneurship, SME development, private sector development, sustainable development, green economy, youth employment, innovation ecosystems, communication, or monitoring and reporting. Demonstrated interest in inclusive green growth, entrepreneurship, sustainable development, youth and women's economic empowerment, and the UN system is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools is essential.
