Responsibilities

Key duties include identifying and flagging outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate information across all website pages. The volunteer will also check for and report broken links, formatting inconsistencies, and missing content. A significant part of the role involves reviewing project and program pages for clarity and accuracy, and maintaining logs and tracking documents for content review progress. Additionally, the volunteer will assist in organizing digital content inventories, including project details, photos, and supporting materials, and prepare recommendations for content improvements. This role supports the Website Content Manager and Digital Growth Team in quality assurance efforts, contributing to a well-organized and reliable website structure.

Candidates must possess good written communication skills in English and the ability to review and organize information accurately and systematically.
