The objective is to enhance the document's usability and impact across Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) Participating States. The volunteer will transform the existing content into a visually appealing and clear publication, suitable for both digital and print dissemination, thereby improving its uptake at regional and national levels and contributing to more effective disaster preparedness strategies.
Responsibilities
The Online Volunteer will collaborate closely with the Project Manager, activity Focal Point, and Communications Team. Key responsibilities include designing the visual layout of the Action Plan in accordance with IOM branding guidelines. This involves structuring content for optimal clarity, readability, and visual coherence, and integrating graphics where appropriate. The volunteer must ensure the final document is publication-ready for both digital dissemination and print use. This requires producing materials that are visually appealing and easy to understand, facilitating the effective communication of disaster management strategies.

Candidates should possess the ability to integrate graphics into technical documents and produce print- and digital-ready publications. Strong coordination and communication skills are also necessary for effective collaboration with technical teams.
