Job Purpose
This assignment seeks a designer to create visually appealing and high-converting marketing flyers for Vision For Vulnerable Communities Foundation. The flyers will promote the organization's services and drive immediate customer action, supporting their mission to address household and community vulnerability. The goal is to enhance communication tools, raise awareness about programs like child rights and environmental protection, and attract support from partners and donors. The design should be clean, modern, and professional, optimized for both print and digital sharing, particularly via WhatsApp and social media, ultimately contributing to the organization's effectiveness and its impact on inclusive development.
Responsibilities
The designer will be responsible for creating professional marketing flyers in both print and digital formats, developing engaging layouts with strong visual appeal, and incorporating high-quality images. This includes writing or refining compelling marketing copy and designing a clear, bold Call-To-Action (CTA). The designs will support poverty reduction by promoting income-boosting initiatives, enhance child protection and youth empowerment through increased program visibility, contribute to environmental sustainability via sensitization, and foster community transformation through improved outreach. The designer must ensure designs are mobile-friendly, print-ready, and deliver editable source files, adhering to brand guidelines and meeting project deadlines.
Work Experience
Required experience includes strong graphic design skills with a portfolio of flyers, posters, or marketing materials. Experience in creating clean, visually appealing, and high-converting layouts for both print and digital platforms is essential. Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is required. Familiarity with tourism or travel marketing and experience with mobile optimization are preferred.
