Job Purpose
This role supports the WFP Armenia Programme Unit and Partnership Team by creating engaging social media content. The objective is to increase WFP's visibility, reach, and follower base across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The volunteer will produce infographics and short videos on food security, nutrition, and school meals, research relevant content, and assist in engaging online influencers. The goal is to amplify WFP's messaging and ensure brand consistency in all communications, contributing to the overall strategic communication objectives.
Responsibilities
The Social Media Content Creator will support the WFP Armenia Programme Unit and Partnership Team in developing and producing multimedia content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Key duties include creating a minimum of 20 infographics on food security, healthy eating, nutrition, and school meals, as well as producing four short videos using provided WFP materials. The role involves researching relevant content, pitching ideas to the Communications Team, assisting in influencer engagement, ensuring brand consistency in visuals and messages, and amending content based on feedback. Recommendations for social media content for the next three months are also required.
Work Experience
