Job Purpose

The UNV Regional Office seeks to enhance the visibility of its initiatives, campaigns, and results through multimedia content. This Online Volunteer will support the communications team in producing audiovisual materials by recording voice-overs for institutional, testimonial, or informational videos. The contribution will improve the quality and reach of UNV's communication products, effectively conveying key messages about volunteerism and UNV's regional impact to diverse internal and external audiences. This role is crucial for strengthening UNV's outreach and engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

The Online Volunteer will record voice-overs for institutional videos to clearly and professionally communicate key messages. Responsibilities include reviewing and understanding the provided script, recording narration in Spanish with clear diction and appropriate tone, ensuring high-quality audio with minimal background noise. The volunteer will make reasonable adjustments based on supervisor feedback to ensure accurate message delivery and submit audio files in an editable digital format compatible with audiovisual production requirements. Support will be provided remotely, with the script and guidance on narration tone provided by the organization.

Work Experience

Experience or interest in voice-over work, narration, or audiovisual content production is required. Candidates should possess excellent Spanish pronunciation and oral communication skills, the ability to record clear audio, and attention to detail. Willingness to incorporate feedback is also essential.
