Job Purpose
The Human Resources Management Section (HRMS) seeks to enhance staff engagement and organizational effectiveness through clear and impactful internal communication. This assignment focuses on supporting the development and dissemination of internal communication materials, promoting HR initiatives, and increasing staff engagement. The Online Volunteer will adapt global HR messages to the local context, ensure branding consistency, and explore innovative methods to improve internal communication effectiveness. The role is crucial for ensuring staff are informed, engaged, and aligned with organizational priorities, contributing to a more cohesive and productive work environment within the organization.
Responsibilities
The Online Volunteer will support internal communication efforts under the guidance of the HR team and in collaboration with communication focal points. Key duties include assisting in the design and dissemination of internal communication materials such as announcements, digital flyers, and intranet content. The volunteer will support the promotion of HRMS-led events, training sessions, and campaigns, and contribute to onboarding communication by introducing new staff members. Responsibilities also involve adapting and distributing global HR messages, ensuring all communication outputs align with HRMS branding and design guidelines, and monitoring staff engagement with communication materials to suggest improvements. Additionally, the volunteer will conduct research, propose creative approaches to enhance internal communications, and assist with content formatting, simple visual design, and basic media creation.
