The Online Volunteer will support the UNDP Regional Security Advisor's Office in Panama by monitoring open-media sources in North and Central America, specifically focusing on Central America and Mexico. Key duties include producing daily media monitoring reports in English covering significant geopolitical events, security incidents, and safety-related news, submitted by 12 PM GMT-5, Monday to Friday. The volunteer will also utilize local open-media sources in local languages, ensuring information accuracy and reliability. Additionally, participation in weekly online feedback sessions with the supervisor is required to discuss progress and receive guidance.
