This includes managing contract amendments, monitoring delivery status, calculating penalties, and processing payments, while proactively flagging issues. The role involves coordinating deliveries between UNOPS and suppliers, reviewing vendor documentation for payment processing, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. Additionally, the assistant will share supplier performance data for future award considerations, support supplier capacity building in supply chain processes, and assist with training logistics. Responsibilities also include maintaining physical and digital records, updating information in One UNOPS for due diligence, and supporting general unit activities and communication.
Work Experience
A minimum of 1 month of required experience and 4 years of relevant experience is needed with a secondary education.
