Job Purpose
This UNV assignment is part of UNICEF Peru's fundraising efforts, specifically within the Business Intelligence team, supporting Donor Care and Acquisition campaigns. The primary goal is to strengthen the quality and reliability of information used in telephone campaigns targeting donors. The volunteer will contribute by validating and controlling data quality, analyzing campaign results, reviewing sales and rejected cases, and developing tools and processes to optimize the operational and analytical management of the team. This role is essential for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of fundraising activities.
Responsibilities
The UNV will manage and track operational processes for Donor Care and Acquisition campaigns, ensuring correct workflow execution. Key duties include validating and controlling data quality in CRM and other systems, and liaising with telemarketing providers and call centers for information validation and reconciliation. The role involves verifying changes and updates in PSP platforms, monitoring priority cases and donor-related incidents, and analyzing campaign results (sales, failed forms, rejected cases) to identify improvement opportunities. The volunteer will also support the development and updating of validation and tracking tools, prepare reports for decision-making, and contribute to the continuous improvement and documentation of fundraising data processes. Additional responsibilities include participating in training and staying updated on UNICEF's work and best practices.
Work Experience
No prior experience is required. However, 3 years of general experience is needed, with at least 1 year focused on data analysis, validation, and quality control, as well as tracking operational processes for telemarketing and fundraising campaigns. Experience with CRM systems, SQL, and advanced Microsoft Excel is beneficial. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is desirable.
