Job Purpose
The World Food Programme (WFP) in Guatemala is seeking a Community Facilitation and Counseling Officer to support its mission in combating chronic malnutrition and food insecurity, particularly in vulnerable regions affected by climate change. The officer will facilitate community fair stations, clearly explaining activities and conveying key messages on healthy eating, hygiene practices, and family co-responsibility in nutrition and health. They will address basic family queries or refer them to technical staff, participate in feedback sessions with the organizing team, and prepare reports detailing activities conducted, participant numbers, and outcomes.
