Clinical Capacity Building: Supporting training for healthcare providers in essential maternal and newborn care, family planning, cervical cancer screening, and the management of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) cases.
Supply Chain Management: Overseeing the availability of essential SRHR and GBV supplies and supporting health facility readiness assessments.
Maternity Waiting Home: Managing the refurbishment of a maternity waiting home and strengthening referral pathways for obstetric emergencies.
Community Engagement: Supporting awareness campaigns on birth preparedness, pregnancy danger signs, cervical cancer, and GBV prevention.
Work Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in health program implementation and donor reporting is required. Experience in program design, partnership management, and policy/program formulation, implementation, and monitoring is desirable. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite, and strong writing and communication skills are essential. Skills
Core competencies include achieving results, accountability, professional expertise, analytical and strategic thinking, teamwork, and effective communication.
