Job Purpose
This role supports Action Lab for Development Association's 12-week Online Visibility Campaign, aimed at expanding its digital presence and highlighting its work in innovation, skills development, and economic empowerment. The volunteer will collaborate with the Communications Team to amplify posts, share content within their networks, and engage wider audiences, including youth, educators, and grassroots changemakers. A key focus will be promoting the MoralityCode application, which bridges ethical innovation with technological precision, demonstrating technology's potential for positive social impact, community health, and human rights.
Responsibilities
Online volunteers will actively engage with Action Lab's social media by sharing, liking, commenting, and tagging posts. They are expected to share at least three posts weekly on their personal social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X), using provided captions or adapting them for their audience. Volunteers will include clear calls-to-action to encourage engagement and downloads of the MoralityCode app. Posting content in relevant online groups and translating/localizing content where possible are also key duties. A short activity report will be submitted at the campaign's conclusion. Volunteers will join a WhatsApp group for coordination and receive a starter kit with instructions and content.
