Responsibilities
Conduct engaging online spoken English and ESL classes for underprivileged children and teenagers in Tamil Nadu, India. Teach fundamental English skills including reading, pronunciation, vocabulary, and conversational techniques. Foster student confidence and encourage active participation in English discussions. Adhere to the provided curriculum and teaching methodologies. Coordinate class schedules and monitor student progress with project coordinators. Participate in mandatory orientation and onboarding sessions prior to commencing classes. Classes are delivered remotely via Zoom or Google Meet, requiring a commitment of at least 2 hours per week on two consecutive days, typically between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM IST.
Work Experience
While not mandatory, some background in teaching is advantageous. Proficiency in both English and Tamil (fluent level) is a required qualification for this role.

Strong proficiency in English and fluent command of Tamil are essential. Ability to conduct engaging and interactive online classes.
