Job Purpose
The AI Geospatial Data Science Advisor will provide expert technical guidance to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of land administration processes within the EU4PR project. This involves researching, proposing, and adapting AI solutions for cadastral data management, property registration, and LPIS development, aligning with Business Process Review frameworks. The role supports evidence-based analysis and process optimization, contributing to high-quality, sustainable project outcomes by leveraging international best practices and practical experience in similar projects.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement AI strategies for land administration, recommending tools and technologies to improve service delivery. This includes reviewing and enhancing AI models to address challenges like inconsistent data, legacy record digitization, and interoperability. Specific applications involve Intelligent Document Processing for legacy data, Geospatial AI for automated mapping and discrepancy resolution, and AI for fraud prevention, process automation, and automated valuation. The role also provides technical guidance and capacity building to the State Cadastre Agency, supports data services, troubleshoots AI solutions, and evaluates model performance. Project management responsibilities include task management, reporting on AI initiatives, stakeholder collaboration, and contributing to project planning and resource allocation.
Work Experience
A minimum of 7 years of experience (9 years with a Bachelor's degree) in applying AI technologies to real-world problems, with proven experience in developing and implementing AI-driven solutions for data analysis, automation, and decision support. Experience with land administration systems, cadastral data, international development projects, and capacity building is desirable.
