Job Purpose

This internship aims to strengthen the support for monitoring, management, production, adaptation, and systematization of content for social media, contributing to maintaining an active, relevant digital presence aligned with UNICEF's institutional priorities. The intern will support the daily monitoring of social media, news, trends, and conversations relevant to UNICEF Bolivia and children's rights. They will assist in planning, organizing, and adapting content for UNICEF's digital platforms, and in the generation and basic editing of audiovisual content for social media, adhering to UNICEF's brand and communication guidelines.

Responsibilities

The intern will support the daily monitoring of social media, news, trends, and conversations relevant to UNICEF Bolivia and children's rights. They will assist in the planning, organization, and adaptation of content for UNICEF's various digital platforms. Responsibilities include supporting the generation and basic editing of audiovisual content for social media, in accordance with UNICEF's brand and communication guidelines. The intern will also support the digital coverage of events and activities by collecting photographs, videos, testimonials, and other resources. Furthermore, they will assist in tracking and systematizing social media metrics and in preparing performance reports. Identifying digital communication trends and opportunities to increase the reach, interaction, and positioning of UNICEF Bolivia's messages is also a key task. Finally, the intern will support the dissemination of U Report consultations and activities with adolescents.

Work Experience

Related experience is valued. No specific duration is mandated, but practical experience in communication or digital media is beneficial.
