Job Purpose

The purpose of this consultancy is to support UNICEF Viet Nam's Individual Giving (IG) programme by providing professional editing for campaign videos and developing a cohesive visual identity toolkit for static digital fundraising assets. This role is crucial for enhancing the visual communication strategy of the IG programme, ensuring that all digital fundraising materials are engaging, consistent, and aligned with UNICEF's brand. The consultant will be responsible for transforming raw video footage into compelling narratives and creating a standardized set of visual elements that can be easily applied across various digital platforms, thereby strengthening donor engagement and fundraising efforts. The ultimate goal is to contribute to the success of UNICEF's mission by effectively communicating its impact and needs through high-quality visual content.

Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for the professional editing of campaign videos, ensuring they are engaging, impactful, and suitable for digital and social media platforms. This includes selecting appropriate footage, audio, and graphics, as well as applying creative editing techniques to tell compelling stories. Additionally, the consultant will develop a coherent visual identity toolkit for static digital fundraising assets. This involves creating templates, style guides, and graphic elements that maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all fundraising materials. The role requires a strong understanding of digital and social media formats, including mobile-first and platform-specific creative requirements, to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement. The consultant must demonstrate expertise in video editing and digital-first storytelling, with a focus on short-form video content. They will also need to manage multiple creative assets within short timeframes, demonstrating strong project management capacity and attention to detail. The ability to work within established corporate brand guidelines while developing creative and engaging executions is essential. The consultant will also be expected to respond quickly to consolidated client feedback, ensuring revisions are made efficiently and effectively to meet project objectives.

Work Experience

A minimum of 7 years of demonstrated experience in developing digital campaign creative assets, preferably for NGOs, international organizations, or social-impact organizations. A strong portfolio showcasing static digital creative development and visual identity systems is essential. Expertise in video editing and digital-first storytelling, including short-form video, is also required.
