The UNICEF Thailand Country Office (TCO) is seeking qualified individual Creative Design and Artwork Developer consultants to provide design services on an as-needed basis, working closely with the Private Sector Fundraising (PSFR) team.

Job Purpose

The purpose of this consultancy is to establish a roster of Creative Design and Artwork Developers for UNICEF Thailand Country Office (TCO). These consultants will be responsible for developing high-quality visual materials that align with UNICEF's brand guidelines, communication objectives, and fundraising strategies. They will work closely with the Private Sector Fundraising (PSFR) team and other stakeholders to create a wide range of materials for fundraising, donor engagement, and communication efforts. The goal is to effectively communicate UNICEF's mission, showcase program impact, enhance donor experiences, and inspire continued support for children in Thailand and globally. The consultants will contribute to resource mobilization and strengthen relationships with donors through visually compelling and audience-centric designs across both online and offline platforms.

Responsibilities

The Creative Design and Artwork Developer consultants will be responsible for developing creative concepts and defining the overall visual direction for fundraising, advocacy, marketing, and communication campaigns across print and digital platforms. This includes the design and production of various materials such as brochures, character designs, landing pages, premium gifts, leaflets, newsletters, posters, postcards, printed advertisements, social media ads, digital banners, and other promotional materials. Consultants will create visually compelling and audience-centric designs that effectively communicate key messages, strengthen engagement, and support campaign objectives. They must ensure consistency with UNICEF’s brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all online and offline touchpoints. The scope of work may involve concept development, layout design, illustration, image editing, production artwork, adaptation of existing materials into multiple formats, and preparation of final files for print and digital distribution. Consultants are expected to deliver creative, innovative, and audience-focused solutions within agreed timelines, ensuring high-quality production output.

Work Experience

A minimum of three years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is required. Proven experience in developing creative concepts and producing a wide range of visual materials for both print and digital platforms is essential. Experience working with international organizations or in a fundraising/marketing context is an asset.
