Job Purpose
The consultant will provide technical assistance to design effective coverage indicators for the School Feeding Program (PAE) and data collection strategies. This involves characterizing processes, actors, records, and information flows related to food delivery to students. The consultant will design two proposals for effective coverage indicators and their respective data collection, processing, and quality control strategies. Additionally, they will comparatively evaluate the technical, operational, and institutional feasibility of implementing both indicator proposals and formulate recommendations for their validation and progressive implementation.
Responsibilities
Characterize the processes, actors, records, information flows, and operational variations associated with the delivery of food to students, considering different modalities. Design two distinct proposals for effective coverage indicators for the PAE, including detailed methodologies for data collection, processing, and quality control. Conduct a comparative evaluation of the technical, operational, and institutional feasibility of implementing each proposed indicator. Formulate clear and actionable recommendations for the validation and progressive implementation of the chosen indicator proposal(s). Ensure that the designed indicators accurately reflect the effective coverage of the PAE and provide valuable insights for program improvement and accountability. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure the practical applicability of the proposed solutions.
Work Experience
Minimum of six (6) years of experience in the design, management, monitoring, or evaluation of social programs benefiting children and/or adolescents. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in applied research, study development, or consultancies involving qualitative and/or quantitative data collection and analysis. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in designing, implementing, or monitoring indicator systems or process, result, impact, and/or coverage indicators in social projects or programs.
