Job Purpose
The consultant will lead a comprehensive documentation, systematization, and institutionalization process of the "I Am Music" initiative. This flagship intervention utilizes artistic and cultural expression to drive behavior change, social inclusion, gender transformation, protection, and learning among children and adolescents, with a particular focus on girls and those with disabilities. The initiative directly supports UNICEF Cameroon Country Programme (2022–2026) under Education Output 4, aiming to engage children, adolescents, parents, teachers, and communities in promoting transformative approaches for safe, inclusive, and non-violent environments. The consultant's work is crucial for embedding the initiative's impact and ensuring its sustainability and scalability.

This includes outlining program objectives, target audiences, pedagogical approaches, monitoring frameworks, and evaluation methodologies. Collaborate closely with UNICEF Cameroon Country Programme staff, implementing partners, and stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure buy-in. Facilitate workshops or consultations as needed to refine the documentation and guide. Ensure the guide aligns with UNICEF's strategic priorities, particularly regarding child protection, gender equality, and inclusive education.
