Job Purpose
The People & Culture Associate (Process Support) will provide technical and process support to ensure the effective and compliant delivery of HR administration services within UNICEF's Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC) in Budapest. This role is crucial for supporting business process improvements, systems coordination, knowledge management, quality assurance, and training initiatives. The Associate will contribute to operational efficiency and service excellence across HR Administration, specifically within the Recruitment Administration Services (RAS) stream. By working closely with HR teams, business process owners, technical teams, and other stakeholders, the position ensures accurate, timely, and client-focused service delivery in compliance with UNICEF HR rules and regulations, ultimately supporting the efficient implementation of a broad range of Human Resources functions.
Responsibilities
The People & Culture Associate will be responsible for providing RAS Process Support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of recruitment administration services. This includes troubleshooting issues, providing guidance on processes, and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR workflows. The role also involves Project & Technical Support, assisting in the implementation of system enhancements, user testing, and gathering business requirements. Knowledge Sharing and Training will be a key responsibility, developing and delivering training materials to staff on HR processes and systems, and maintaining knowledge management resources. Furthermore, the Associate will foster strong Partnership with Stakeholders, collaborating with various HR teams, business units, and technical teams to ensure alignment and effective service delivery. This includes managing communication, addressing queries, and building strong working relationships to support HR objectives. The position will also engage in quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with HR rules and regulations and contribute to operational efficiency and service excellence.
Work Experience
A minimum of six (6) years of relevant work experience in human resources is required. A Bachelor's degree can count as 3 years of experience. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree need a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience. A Master's degree requires an additional two (2) years of relevant experience.
Skills
