Job Purpose
The ICT Consultant will support the Supply Division's digitalization strategy by coordinating and executing a portfolio of digital initiatives aligned with SD priorities and the Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) roadmap. Reporting to the Project Officer and working under the Chief OATC, the consultant will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders. This role involves a deliverables-based engagement model, where responsibilities may evolve based on the evolving needs of the SD digital strategy. The consultant will provide ongoing support for the digital portfolio, project delivery, stakeholder management, and alignment with the global digital strategy within the approved level of effort and contract ceiling.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the digital portfolio of SD initiatives through DAG and PBRC, supporting the end-to-end portfolio intake, prioritization, and governance process to ensure initiatives are formally reviewed, sequenced, and aligned with capacity, funding, and strategic priorities. Ensure alignment with the Supply Chain Digitalization Strategy and EBA roadmap by assessing each initiative against target architecture, ensuring consistency in platform choices, data standards, and long-term transformation goals while avoiding duplication. Maintain a consolidated portfolio view, including ownership, dependencies, and lifecycle, by supporting a centralized repository and reporting framework to provide leadership with a single source of truth. Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle at a portfolio oversight level, overseeing initiatives from ideation and business case development through implementation and closure, ensuring compliance with governance gates, quality standards, and deliverables.
Work Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Portfolio, Program, and Project Management. Proven experience in delivering digital projects, solutions, and activities, with hands-on experience in governance frameworks and stakeholder management. Experience with Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies is also required.
