Job Purpose

The purpose of this Data Insights PMDR (Planning, Monitoring, Data, and Reporting) Consultancy is to provide high-level insights on the GSSC’s current state and trajectory, to inform decisions that shape its priorities and planning. This role is crucial for supporting the Future Focus Initiative (FFI) change management towards greater organizational agility and sustainability. The consultant will be instrumental in developing data-informed strategies and tools to guide the GSSC through organizational transitions and inform priority-setting during a period of significant change, ultimately contributing to a leaner, stronger organization that can advance child rights at scale.

Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for designing and delivering biannual Global Business Reviews, providing critical data-driven analysis to leadership. They will develop a data-informed 2027 Rolling Work Plan, ensuring strategic alignment and future-proofing of GSSC operations. Additionally, the consultant will establish monthly Section and Executive Management Team workplan views, enhancing transparency and accountability. A key responsibility will be implementing a comprehensive, data-informed planning system that is essential for the GSSC to effectively steer through FFI-driven transitions. This includes providing the necessary analytical support to inform priority-setting and decision-making during this period of organizational change, ensuring the GSSC remains agile and effective in its mission.

Work Experience

Three to seven years of relevant professional experience in data analysis, planning, monitoring, and reporting is required. Experience in supporting organizational change initiatives or shared services environments is highly desirable.
