Job Purpose
This consultancy aims to develop a climate change module for social workers in Cambodia, integrating climate-resilient child protection competencies into the existing social service workforce curriculum. The goal is to institutionalize these skills, enhancing the capacity of social workers to address climate-related risks, support vulnerable children and families during climate-related emergencies, and ensure child protection is central to climate action and disaster response efforts. This initiative aligns with Cambodia's national climate resilience agenda and the ASEAN Regional Guidance, strengthening the social service workforce's role in disaster risk reduction and climate adaptation.
