Organizational Context

UNICEF Serbia's Private Sector Fundraising and Partnerships (PSFR) section is implementing an ambitious plan to sustain its leading position in mobilizing private sector income. To support fundraising campaigns, donor engagement, and partnerships, UNICEF Serbia seeks a Graphic and Web Design Consultant to provide creative and technical design support, strengthening public engagement and resource mobilization efforts for children.

Job Purpose

The Graphic and Web Design Consultant will provide essential creative and technical design support to UNICEF Serbia's Private Sector Fundraising and Partnerships (PSFR) section. This role is crucial for developing high-quality visual and digital communication materials that effectively support fundraising campaigns, enhance donor engagement, foster private sector partnerships, and bolster advocacy and public awareness initiatives. The consultant will be instrumental in strengthening public engagement and resource mobilization efforts for children in Serbia by designing compelling visual content, optimizing fundraising landing pages, and ensuring all materials adhere to UNICEF's branding guidelines. This position aims to localize global and regional campaign materials for the Serbian market and develop innovative creative concepts and visual identities to communicate UNICEF's mission effectively, attract vital support from the private sector, and ultimately contribute to sustaining UNICEF’s leading position in mobilizing private sector income for children.

Responsibilities

The Graphic and Web Design Consultant will provide comprehensive creative and technical design support to UNICEF Serbia's Private Sector Fundraising and Partnerships (PSFR) activities. This encompasses the design and production of a wide array of digital and print communication materials, including social media assets, compelling campaign visuals, brochures, reports, presentations, banners, infographics, and various fundraising materials. A significant part of the role involves the design, development, and optimization of fundraising landing pages and other essential web-based visual assets, ensuring an engaging user experience. The consultant will be responsible for adapting and localizing UNICEF's global and regional campaign materials to resonate effectively with the Serbian market. Furthermore, the role requires developing innovative creative concepts and distinct visual identities for fundraising and partnership campaigns, alongside preparing materials specifically for digital fundraising channels such as websites, email marketing, and paid media. Ensuring strict compliance with UNICEF's branding and visual identity guidelines is paramount. The consultant will collaborate closely with UNICEF staff, external vendors, and partners to guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality design products, while also providing responsive graphic and web design support on an as-needed basis throughout the contract period, including quality assurance and incorporating feedback.
