Job Purpose
The Fund Raising Officer (Loyalty & Retention) plays a crucial role in strengthening long-term relationships with individual donors to ensure sustainable fundraising growth for UNICEF Ecuador. Responsibilities
The Fund Raising Officer (Loyalty & Retention) will be responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of loyalty and retention activities aimed at maximizing donor value and ensuring long-term engagement. This includes collecting and analyzing fundraising and donor performance data to generate actionable insights and inform strategy. The role involves conducting desk research, market analysis, and benchmarking industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, the officer will provide administrative and financial support for fundraising initiatives and coordinate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners, suppliers, and service providers. Building and maintaining effective working relationships is key, as is demonstrating strong collaboration and teamwork skills within a cross-functional environment.
Work Experience
A minimum of one year of relevant work experience in marketing, promotional, or fundraising areas is required.
