Job Purpose
The Partnership for Lead-Free Futures (PLF) requires enhanced data collection and analysis to support strategic resource mobilization, coordination, and improved visibility of country-level activities and financing. This role will provide technical support for data collection, management, analysis, and reporting to ensure high-quality datasets and analytical products. The objective is to design and implement a streamlined data cycle that maps PLF country projects and financial flows, produces decision-ready analytical products for coordination and resource mobilization, and supports the PLF Annual Report through indicator tracking, data validation, analysis, and visualization. The consultant will ensure timely and accurate data informs decision-making, advocacy, accountability, and reporting processes.
Responsibilities
The Data & Analytics Consultant will provide technical support for targeted data collection, data management, analysis, and reporting. This includes mapping PLF-relevant country projects and financial flows, and producing periodic, decision-ready analytical products to support coordination and resource mobilization efforts. The consultant will offer technical assistance for the PLF Annual Report process by tracking indicators, collecting and validating data, performing analysis, creating visualizations, and compiling reporting inputs for Secretariat-led products. Key activities involve strengthening data collection and analysis to enhance strategic resource mobilization, coordination, and visibility of country-level activities and financing. The role ensures timely, high-quality datasets and analytical products that inform decision-making, advocacy, accountability, and reporting processes, contributing to the overall success of the PLF initiative.
Work Experience
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data management, monitoring and evaluation, research, analytics, or knowledge management, preferably in global health, environmental health, international development, or humanitarian contexts. Experience supporting multi-country programs and managing large datasets is essential.
