Job Purpose

UNICEF is at an exciting time as it expands its digital footprint and seeks to take its fundraising to the next level. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to saving and nurturing children’s lives by supporting the Global Data and Insights team within the Individual Giving Unit. The Digital Data Analyst will play a crucial role in a digital transformation journey aimed at increasing revenues and making a significant impact on children’s lives globally. The position is remote and supports a highly committed, performance-driven team responsible for overseeing a fundraising program that generates over one billion dollars annually.

Responsibilities

The Digital Data Analyst will be responsible for implementing and developing complete and complex data models for donor acquisition and retention, which will serve as a global standard for UNICEF's Individual Giving team. These data models will form the foundation for creating other data products, including Dashboards and Machine Learning (ML) models, ensuring all products are future-proof and AI-ready. The role requires acting as a subject matter expert in data analytics and GCP/Salesforce data technologies for digital channels. The analyst will collaborate with client teams to design and implement modern, scalable data solutions using Google Cloud Platform and Databricks, working within an Agile environment. Responsibilities include building and delivering data and reporting solutions using GCP products and offerings, and constructing data models that enable an integrated donor feature base for powerful propensity models based on multiple channel and behavioral data points, ensuring replicability.

Work Experience

Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional work experience in data and analytics.
