Responsibilities
The three WASH interns will support the WASH program activities for 26 weeks, contributing to the strengthening of WASH project management and monitoring of interventions related to access to safe water and sanitation infrastructure. Under the direct supervision of WASH Officers, interns will support their respective offices in: - Information Management: Strategically managing WASH data to optimize operational planning and decision-making. - Data Quality: Collecting, consolidating, and quality-controlling indicators reported by sector partners. - Database Management: Maintaining and updating registers for monitoring humanitarian needs, response capacities, and gaps. - Analysis & Reporting: Processing complex data, identifying sector trends, and producing situation reports. - Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E): Jointly monitoring key performance indicators with project implementation partners. - Versatility: Performing any other related tasks necessary for the smooth functioning of the office.
