Job Purpose
The Youth Digital Mobilizer will be responsible for mobilizing adolescents and young people through the Youth Advisory Board (YAB) digital platforms. This role supports the creation, dissemination, and monitoring of youth-led digital content and facilitates two-way communication. The primary objective is to enhance youth engagement and participation in UNICEF's initiatives by leveraging digital tools and platforms. The mobilizer will work under the guidance of the Adolescent Development Manager and in collaboration with the Youth Facilitator and Communications expert to ensure effective outreach and content strategy aligned with UNICEF's goals for adolescent development and rights.
Responsibilities
Mobilize adolescents and young people through the Youth Advisory Board (YAB) digital platforms. Support the creation, dissemination, and monitoring of youth-led digital content. Facilitate two-way communication between UNICEF and young people. Collaborate with the Adolescent Development Manager, Youth Facilitator, and Communications expert to develop and implement digital engagement strategies. Ensure that digital content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with UNICEF's objectives for adolescent development. Monitor social media channels and digital platforms for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement. Assist in the development of reports on digital mobilization efforts and their impact. Maintain and update digital platform content and user engagement. Foster a positive and inclusive online environment for young participants. Support the organization and promotion of online events and activities for youth. Contribute to the overall communication strategy for adolescent development programs.
Work Experience
At least 1 year of experience working with social media platforms and/or web-based platforms. Proven track record of creating or managing content for and with young people is a strong asset.

Excellent knowledge and use of social media channels and digital platforms, Good knowledge of Canva or other graphic design programs, Strong organizational skills, Time-management skills, Ability to work independently, Ability to work as part of a team, Passion for youth empowerment, Passion for social inclusion, Passion for digital engagement
