Job Purpose
The Digital Media Consultant will support UNICEF Kosovo’s digital communication and advocacy goals. This role involves developing and executing digital strategies, managing social media platforms, and implementing digital campaigns to enhance audience engagement and reach. The consultant will be responsible for content planning, performance analysis, and driving audience growth initiatives. The primary objective is to leverage digital channels effectively to advance UNICEF's mission and communicate its impact in Kosovo, ensuring that communication efforts are data-driven and optimized for maximum impact. This consultancy aims to strengthen UNICEF's online presence and advocacy efforts through innovative digital media approaches.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital communication and advocacy strategies aligned with UNICEF Kosovo's objectives. Manage and grow UNICEF Kosovo's social media presence across various platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement. Plan, create, and schedule engaging content, including text, images, and videos, tailored for different digital channels and target audiences. Implement and manage digital campaigns to raise awareness, promote advocacy efforts, and drive specific actions. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital activities using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Identify and implement strategies for audience growth and engagement across all digital platforms. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive communication efforts. Stay updated on digital trends, platform algorithms, and best practices to maintain a cutting-edge digital presence. Support the development of digital assets and ensure they align with UNICEF's brand guidelines and communication standards. Contribute to the overall communication and partnership goals of UNICEF Kosovo through effective digital media management.
Work Experience
Minimum four years of progressively responsible professional experience in digital communications, with demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, social media growth, campaign management, audience engagement, and performance analytics. Proven track record of designing and optimizing high-impact digital campaigns.
