Job Purpose
The Fund Raising Associate (CRM Implementation) will play a crucial role in optimizing UNICEF Colombia's Salesforce CRM platform, which is vital for managing over 130,000 active donors and an average monthly collection of USD 1.5 million. This position is essential for moving beyond platform stabilization to enhance cost efficiency, develop new processes, establish governance models, and implement change-control mechanisms. The associate will contribute to maximizing the platform's capabilities, treating Salesforce as a strategic asset. This involves strengthening its configuration, usage standards, and integration with operational systems to boost return on investment, improve decision-making, and support the sustainable growth of fundraising operations.
Responsibilities
Monitor, coordinate, and implement critical processes for the CRM platform's optimization phase. This includes overseeing the API Integration project for UNICEF suppliers and developing key tools to support donor acquisition and retention strategies. Ensure the effective configuration and usage standards of the Salesforce CRM platform. Develop and implement governance models and change-control mechanisms to manage the platform's evolution. Collaborate with relevant teams to integrate the CRM system with transactional and operational ecosystems. Analyze platform performance and identify areas for improvement to maximize return on investment. Support the fundraising team by providing data-driven insights and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness. Contribute to the overall strategic development and sustainable growth of UNICEF Colombia's fundraising operations through effective CRM management.
Work Experience
A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in CRM implementation, data management, fundraising operations, or a related field is required. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
