Job Purpose
As Fund Raising Officer (Digital), you will play a critical role in accelerating UNICEF Malaysia’s digital fundraising growth by translating strategy into high-impact, data-driven campaigns that acquire, retain, and engage individual donors. Through innovative use of digital channels, continuous testing and analytics, and a strong focus on donor experience, you will help maximize income, strengthen long-term donor value, and ensure UNICEF remains at the forefront of digital fundraising. By working closely with internal teams, agencies, and global partners, and by supporting effective digital operations and knowledge sharing, this role will directly contribute to sustainable fundraising results that enable UNICEF to deliver life-changing programmes for children across Malaysia and beyond.
Responsibilities
The Fund Raising Officer (Digital) plays a pivotal role in advancing UNICEF Malaysia’s digital fundraising ambition by implementing innovative, data‑driven strategies that drive donor acquisition, retention, and long‑term value. The role is responsible for planning, delivering, and optimizing digital fundraising campaigns across multiple online channels, ensuring strong performance through continuous analysis, testing, and improvement. Working closely with internal teams, digital agencies, and global and regional partners, the incumbent supports effective campaign execution, oversees day‑to‑day digital operations, ensures compliance with systems and data protection requirements, and contributes to knowledge sharing and capacity building. Through these efforts, the role directly supports sustainable income growth and strengthens UNICEF’s ability to deliver impactful results for children.
Work Experience
Minimum of two years of professional experience in digital fundraising, digital marketing, or a related role, with a proven track record of success in online campaign management and donor engagement.
