Responsibilities
The Fundraising Officer (Digital Growth) is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating digital marketing campaigns to acquire new donors via online platforms like social media, email, and paid advertising. This includes managing campaigns through analysis, audience insights, and optimization. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team, analyzing digital campaign data, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and staying updated on digital marketing trends to drive organizational growth. Key duties include assisting in the planning and coordination of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive execution, and contributing to campaigns that promote brand awareness and donor engagement. The officer will collect and compile performance data for analysis and reporting, identify opportunities for campaign improvement based on metrics, and support A/B testing and content optimization. Staying informed of digital marketing trends and sharing updates with the team is essential. Collaboration with marketing, content, and product development teams is required to support campaign development. Work Experience
